Daniel Barrera González (M. A.)

As a lawyer, Daniel Barrera González specializes in employment law and criminal law. 

In his role as a legal engineer at Rotwang, Daniel works at the interface between legal work and IT. His favorite topics are user-friendliness and customer centricity.

He studied political science and sociology (Magister Artium) and is a founding partner of Rotwang Law. Before joining Rotwang, he worked as a project manager for a well-known legal tech company in Berlin, developing artificial intelligence-based analysis tools for contracts in tenancy and credit law. After completing the project, he worked for a leading national and international law firm as a litigator in Berlin. As a litigation specialist, Daniel represented his clients both in and out of court.

Daniel is also co-founder and managing partner of a private teaching institute for economists and works as a lecturer in the hybrid training of lawyers.

Daniel studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and political science at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. After completing his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, he qualified as a judge.

Daniel is also working on his doctorate in the field of juvenile criminal law.
Daniel is a member of the Berlin Bar Association.

He advises in German, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
