Dr. Nicolaj Torbohm, specialist lawyer for employment law

Dr. Nicolaj Torbohm specializes in employment law, primarily in the representation of employees. His main areas of practice include out-of-court and in-court representation in dismissal situations as well as the negotiation of termination and settlement agreements.

Dr. Torbohm studied law at the University of Regensburg and the Université Lumière in Lyon. After completing his doctorate, he successfully completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal and, after gaining initial professional experience in a federal ministry and with a trade union, was admitted to the Berlin Bar Association in 2020.

Prior to joining Rotwang Law, Nicolaj worked for two other law firms specializing in employment law and specifically in the representation of employees.

He has also been admitted as a specialist lawyer for employment law since 2024.
